The bin held a stylish appearance, tightly sealed, and could even be opened up by pressing a foot pedal. Mrs. Neilsen's salon clientele included many wives of doctors and dentists. Each admired these beautiful rubbish bins. Soon, each would want one of these containers for her husbands practice.

Throughout the years Vipp has continued to grow and to develop the product or service. The business now presents a line of pedal bins for in home use.
